Conditions of Passenger Discounts:

To access discounts outlined in this contract, the following contract number must be quoted. Passenger Discount Contract #C05/246

1. Passenger Reservations must be booked prior to flight departure and can be made through the First Air Special Services Desk at 1-877-328-8669, fax 613-688-2637;

2. Fare Basis Code YC5246 must be stated on the ticket for all members travel;

3. Promo code for web bookings FNM05;

4. Tickets are 100% refundable up to 2 hours prior to departure;

5. Tickets cancelled within 2 hours or after departure may be credited to a travel voucher for future travel on First Air;

6. Changes are permitted without penalty;

7. Valid on First Air operated flights only;

8. Contract is based on YL class fare and flights must be booked in M class for member travel;

9. Fares are subject to applicable taxes, surcharges and airport improvement fees;

10. Non revenue tickets are subject to Canadian Security tax and applicable airport improvement fees;

11. Should a fare other than this contract fare be purchased, all rules associated with the new fare will apply, for tracking purposes the contract number must be quoted in the tour code field; and

12. Tickets must be paid in full prior to travel and cannot be charges to an account.
